"I love the balcony off the bedroom that overlooks the trees in the courtyard with the trees and all the birds. The balcony faces south and the patio faces north so you can have either sun or shade at any time of the day. The patios are enclosed so people with dogs appreciate that. There is ample parking with 2 assigned spots right behind the patio gate and 18 visitor spots. The rec centre is great for hosting larger gathering. There is a nice mix of retirees and young families. The powder room on the main floor would be easy to re-install as the plumbing is there but I think the mudroom/storage is so much more useful. The living room faces south so afternoon sun spills in on the floor. The laminate on the main floor is a very nice antique pine and the carpet up is a type of berber. I want the new owner to love this place as much as I do."
